Hear from the team
I used to have a job in a workplace with a very toxic environment. Colleagues were pitted against each other, rather than working as a team. I felt terrible. Routinely, I was not listened to or valued and was never given a way to discuss the problems I was facing without fear of negative repercussions.
When I joined the DigiKick team, I was delighted to find that the DigiKick management have created a working environment where all staff are respected and valued. Our ideas and opinions are listened to and we are encouraged to actively contribute to the organisation as much as we want.
DigiKick provides regular supervision sessions and wellbeing weeks for all staff. That’s something I have never been offered in any other job!
After 3 years here and getting to know the DigiKick team , I know they are 100% genuine in their mission to treat staff with respect, care and help them develop.
I never want to work anywhere else!
In all of my previous jobs, I was never encouraged to develop. Every day, I was expected to turn up, tick the boxes of jobs and go home again. Never being believed in tore at my motivation, it made me struggle to get up and go to work every day.
When, I first started at DigiKick, I was weary of empty promises. I thought DigiKick were being insincere. But, I was surprised to find that DigiKick really do mean what they say. At DigiKick, I am encouraged and supported to keep developing myself and my skillset. I am even paid an allotted amount of time each month to develop and learn new skills.
Now, I find work much more fun, I know that I am improving all the time.
